Margaret Kyle Roxburgh

Here are a few of Margaret’s pastels circa 1915. As an early San Diego artist, Balboa Park was one of her favorite subjects, and I’ll post more of her “Lily Ponds” art later this year. Her Color Charm Studios was listed in the San Diego City Directory back in those years and was located in University Heights, about two miles from Balboa Park.

This is part of a series in honor of San Diego’s Women’s Week.
